Actual Phantom entered the Breakbeat scene back in 2003 when he started DJing as part of the Safebreakaz in and around Folkestone, Kent. Regular slots at The Chambers were packed out and messy every time. Then in 2008 he started producing as Actual Phantom under the label Actual Sounds. To date he has had several releases reach the No.1 position in the Breaks Charts on junodownload.com, djdownload.com and mixmag.net.
Acutal Phantom would like to thank the Chemical Brothers for blowing his mind all those years ago with their amazing sounds and for the inspiration. Also, he thanks the Freestylers, Plump DJs, Stanton Warriors, Rennie Pilgrem and Freq Nasty for showing him what the Breaks are made of.
